Aeropress – 19g of coffee, fine/medium grind. 270g of water. Fill halfway, stir 5x then fill to 270g, apply plunger, at 1:30 stir 5x and plunge.

V60 01 – 20g of coffee, medium/fine grind. 320g of water. Pulse pour. Total time 2:30

Traditional #2 Fan Filter Dripper – 28g coffee, medium grind. 450g of water. Brew time 3:00

Clever (Large) – #4 filter. 28g coffee, medium grind. 450g of water. Stir gently 5x after 30 seconds. Drain over mug/decanter at 4:00

V60 02 – 32g of coffee, medium grind. 500g of water. Pulse pour. Total time 3:00 – 3:30

Kalita Wave 185 – 38g of coffee, medium/course grind. 600g of water. Pulse pour. Total time 3:30 – 4:00

24oz (Brew Yield) 
8 cup Chemex – 50g of coffee, medium/course grind. 800g of water. Pour 100g every 30 seconds. Total time 5:00

17oz (Brew Yield)   
French Press (20oz)
– 38g coffee, ground course. Stir about 5x. Plunge at 4:00. Decant any extra coffee into another carafe to stop extraction.
